Most health insurances do not cover infertility. Conversely, many insurers will provide coverage for diagnostic testing. You may be able to obtain some reimbursement for your care. Your receipt for payment will contain the standard diagnosis, medical, and surgical treatment codes used by the majority of health insurers.

Payment for medical, lab, and diagnostic services is due at the time of service. If you have a managed care contract, you can expect to pay the deductible or co-pay at the time of service.

Payment Policy
In order to help keep costs down, the charges for office visits are usually paid for at the time of the visit. Patients with insurance are requested to bring insurance forms with them at the time of their visit. If you belong to a managed care plan or HMO, please check with our office manager to see if we participate. Many insurance plans are accepted, and we will be happy to discuss any and all fees with you.

For your convenience, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Financing is also available.
