M-F 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday & Saturday appointments are available.

Our office is open daily Monday through Saturday. For IVF, procedures are performed 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our office opens at 7 am to accommodate working women, and we try to finish by 4:00 pm. We are available for consultation every weekday including Saturday morning.

After hours you can reach the doctor by phoning the office. When no one is in the office, the telephone is answered at all times by our answering service. Our answering service will refer all calls promptly to the doctor, who will return your call as quickly as possible. Dr. Lesorgen or a covering physician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our office hours are by appointment. If you must be seen on a particular day of your cycle, every effort will be made to accommodate you.

Telephone
We welcome and encourage you to call the office if you have a problem or a question or need to get in touch with us for any reason. Please make non-emergency calls during office hours when your records are readily available. When you call the office, the receptionist will answer the phone. She will either schedule an appointment or channel your call to the person with whom you have to speak. If the physician or nurse is busy with a patient, the receptionist will take your call and relay your message. Your call will be returned later in the day.

If you are calling to get laboratory reports, we will try to give you a specific date and time to call so that the doctor will be able to discuss it with you at that time. If the doctor is caring for a patient, we will make every effort to return your call at the earliest possible time. Sometimes this may be after office hours when the doctor will have more time to spend with you.
